Attorney David Burns earned his undergraduate degree at Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine, and a master's degree in education from the Harvard University Graduate School of Education. He earned his law degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, New Hampshire, in 1991, and he was admitted to practice in the state of New Hampshire in 1991.
David has been active in the Concord community through his involvement in Capital City Rotary, both as a member and as an officer. He has served on the Board of Directors of Concord Regional Crimeline, Inc., as well as the New Hampshire Bar Association New Members Committee. He is a member of the Family Law Section of the New Hampshire Bar Association, the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
